STANDARD PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Standard Promotional Terms apply to all promotions on our website. Together with the Specific Promotional Terms (also called “Key Terms”) and our Terms of Use, Loyalty Program Terms, and Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Rules”), these form a legal agreement. By participating in any promotion, you agree to these Rules.
1.2 You should review the Standard Promotional Terms and any Specific Promotional Terms before participating.
1.3 In case of any conflicts between the Standard and Specific Terms, the Specific Terms will prevail.
Promotions and Promotion Period
2.1 From time to time, we may offer promotions such as bonuses, prize draws, or tournaments, which will be detailed in communications or on the promotion’s landing page.
2.2 All promotions are hosted by Bk8.
2.3 Each promotion’s duration (Promotion Period) will be specified in the Specific Promotional Terms. After the Promotion Period ends, no further participation is allowed.
Promotion Communication
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all players may participate in promotions, but only one entry per person, household, or address is allowed.
3.2 Promotion Communications are intended for the specified recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, the offer is void.
Eligibility to Participate in Promotions
4.1 To participate in any promotion, you must:
• (a) Be 21 or older or the legal age in your jurisdiction; • (b) Be legally entitled to use our services per our Terms of Use; • (c) Be a resident of a specified country if applicable; • (d) Have registered and opened a real-money account; • (e) Meet any other specified criteria; and • (f) Not be classified as an Unauthorized Person.
4.2 For promotions intended for new players, you must not have previously opened or deposited into an account.
4.3 We may verify participants using information such as name, address, or IP address.
Participation in Promotions
5.1 Participation is voluntary. You may ignore the promotion if you do not wish to participate.
5.2 To participate, follow the instructions provided.
5.3 Each entry can only be used once.
Excluded and Disqualified Players
6.1 We accept players located only in the Philippines. Excluded players include:
• (a) Public officials, military, and police members in the Philippines; • (b) Those under 21 or students; • (c) Bk8 employees, gaming operators, and their families.
6.2 Non-qualifying players will be disqualified, and any prizes or bonuses will be returned.
6.3 We may disqualify any player who cheats or violates the Rules.
Abusers
Abusers who exploit bonuses, gameplay, or bugs for financial gain will be disqualified.
Qualifying Deposits
8.1 A Qualifying Deposit may be required to participate unless otherwise specified.
Release and Cashout Restrictions
9.1 Some promotions may have specific restrictions, such as wagering requirements, before bonuses can be used or cashed out.
9.2 Wagers at tournament tables or on play money do not count toward these requirements.
Payment of Bonuses
10.1 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses will be credited within seven (7) days.
Prizes
11.1 Prizes must be accepted “as is,” with no cash alternative unless we decide otherwise.
11.2 Winners will be randomly selected, and prizes paid into their account.
11.3 Winners are responsible for taxes or costs related to the prize.
General Terms
• You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under the Rules. • No third party may enforce these Rules. • Our decisions are final, and disputes will be resolved fairly. • Philippine law applies, and disputes will be handled by Philippine courts.
